Annual Conference Agenda Announced
We are delighted to announce the agenda for the third British Water Annual Conference – Better Together: Delivering for Success.
The Annual Conference will build on conversations and actions from last year’s event, once again carrying the Better Together theme, under the new title: Better Together: Delivering for Success. This year’s programme will feature new panels and perspectives, bringing together regulators, water companies, consultants, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, academia and others to share best practice and practical solutions on how the water and wastewater ecosystem must work differently to deliver on these ambitious demands.
The agenda has been developed with input from across the sector, including our Influence Sponsor, AVK, and this year's Water Company Partner, Severn Trent, and will provide a rich, interactive day of insight and discussion, complemented by dedicated networking opportunities.

Circular Economy In The Water Sector Explained
Join Dr Tom Arnot for a thought-provoking journey through the intersection of water management and circular economy principles. He’ll kick off with a concise overview of the foundational ideas behind circular strategies, then dive into how the UK water sector is currently approaching them.
From innovative case studies to lessons in system design, Tom will explore how circularity can be woven into water systems and adjacent sectors. The session will also unpack the vital role of research, collaboration, and policy - and how these are critical to drive progress.
Expect fresh perspectives on culture, language, and the mindset shifts needed to embrace circularity, and finally a candid look at the key blockers and enablers shaping the path forward.
