British Water's next Spotlight Session will focus on systems thinking.
Topics that will be addressed:
- Collaboration – how can a systems thinking approach help to improve collaboration and cross boundary working within the water sector?
- Integration – is there a role for a body to facilitate integration, to support as delivery partner, and how can we learn from sectors that have done this successfully?
- Major project delivery – where is the best practice on production thinking, carbon efficiencies and social impact that we can adopt in the water industry?
The session will start with Costain setting the scene, highlighting key challenges for long term resilience. This will then be followed by a panel session chaired by Lila Thompson, CEO (British Water), with Shaun Stevens, UK General Manager (EPS
