Dave is a highly technical and innovative operational leader who has worked in the water industry for over 17 years both for client organisations and as a consultant. During 10 years within Welsh Water, Dave fulfilled a range of roles across leakage, hydraulics, asset strategy and management through to Head of the Smart Hub where hydraulics and operational technology combined for Smart Solution development and delivery. As a consultant Dave is currently working across the UK and Middle east with focuses on leakage, NRW, water operations optimisation and smart solutions.

Angus Fosten is a Joint Managing Director at Partech Instruments. He has been involved in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of instrumentation for monitoring and control for 30 years, 26 of which have been related to water and wastewater treatment. His work with Partech has taken him to a wide spread of countries and has allowed him to experience the differences and similarities in the problems faced by water industries around the world. As an engineer at heart Angus takes pride in understanding how customers’ process works as well as their business needs, allowing him to provide the best quality advice.

A strategic business consultant, Dale has over 20 years experience with international water projects. His areas of specialisation include remote monitoring, advanced pressure control and pipeline condition assessment. Dale has enjoyed senior management posts at several leading companies in the water sector, gaining a wealth of field experience in the application of state of-the-art technologies, and extensive field & project experience in South Africa, Australasia, North, Central & South America, the Middle East and throughout Europe. Dale is an active member of both the IWA Water Loss Specialist Group and Caribbean Water Works Association and a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Commerce & Manufacturing).

Junaid specialises in the design and manufacture of Biological Filter Media. In his role for Warden, Junaid focuses on business development in Europe, Turkey and the Middle East. Recently he has been developing the company’s presence in the Aquaculture market in Scandinavia. By building strong relationships in these markets, Junaid has been able to sell directly to wastewater treatment companies across the world. These opportunities have provided Junaid with the experience and knowledge required to be successful internationally. Junaid holds two MBA degrees specialising in Marketing and Business Strategy.

Mark leads the Europe Asset Management division at Binnies. With 20 years’ experience in the utilities sector, Marks experience ranges from client organisations, having worked at United Utilities for 10 years in a range of roles from Capital Delivery, Engineering, Asset Management and Investment Planning, to consultancy, working with customers in the energy and water markets in UK, Republic of Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands. A member of the Institute of Asset Management Council, his specialist areas include Digital Asset Management, Investment Planning, business change, market reform and regulation, strategic advice and business planning.

Bill works primarily as an Executive Consultant, Director and Board Member in the infrastructure sector, but have also had major successes in utilities, social media, logistics and digital marketing; as well as working alongside friends and colleagues at Blackhall Engineering on a consultancy basis. Bill has travelled, lived and worked abroad extensively, and has developed significant projects in the Middle East, India, Asia, Canada, Europe and America to name just a few. Bill also acts as a mentor for British Water members, helping SME's break into new territories. Bill has held Director and Board Member status at every company he’s worked with over the last 31 years, and is keen to pass on his knowledge and experiences in order to help and guide Boards on sales, marketing, market-specific reporting, strategic management, re-design and supply chain.
