She has 14 years of experience working in catchment management and agri-environment sectors for both Welsh Water and Natural England. Sarah also led the development and delivery of the multi-award winning PestSmart programme, which encourages smarter ways of working amongst land managers to reduce reliance on pesticides for the benefit of people, water and wildlife.
Sarah Jones Catchment Partnerships Manager Charlotte Lloyd-Griffiths | Dŵr Cymru Welsh WaterCharlotte works in the Drinking Water Catchment Team, coordinating and creating new partnerships and projects to safeguard raw water quality. She has 6 years of experience working in catchment management for Welsh Water and 2 years' experience working in ecology for a local consultant. Charlotte was a project officer delivering Welsh Water’s multi-award winning PestSmart programme and now leads the ongoing Be PestSmart Campaign, which encourages smarter use of pesticides with homeowners and small grower communities.

She has worked on integrated catchment management, climate resilience and water infrastructure development projects in the UK, Europe, Asia and Africa. She is dedicated to overcoming barriers to mainstreaming nature-based solutions and implementing them at scale so that multiple benefits can be realised.
