John manages the UK Operation leveraging the global expertise Hazen can bring and developing differentiated teams and offers for the UK Water sector and beyond.  He has almost 30 years experience in the scoping and delivery of major programs in the UK and working internationally.

Stephanie is Hazen’s Director of Integrated Resource Technologies and a regional leader for the firm's Water Reuse Practice and Sustainability Services groups. She focuses on water reclamation facility designs and effluent management strategies that acknowledge the market potential of resource recovery, implications of regulatory shifts, and the importance of community acceptance.

Ms. Dominick has over 18 years of experience in water utility planning and operations, water treatment, water resources, water quality, and western water policy. She has the proven ability to apply innovative approaches to challenging issues.

Sarah works in the Drinking Water Catchment Team, leading on collaborative partnerships and projects to safeguard raw water quality across the operating area. She has 14 years of experience working in catchment management and agri-environment sectors for both Welsh Water and Natural England. Sarah also led the development and delivery of the multi-award winning PestSmart programme, which encourages smarter ways of working amongst land managers to reduce reliance on pesticides for the benefit of people, water and wildlife.

Charlotte works in the Drinking Water Catchment Team, coordinating and creating new partnerships and projects to safeguard raw water quality. She has 6 years of experience working in catchment management for Welsh Water and 2 years' experience working in ecology for a local consultant. Charlotte was a project officer delivering Welsh Water’s multi-award winning PestSmart programme and now leads the ongoing Be PestSmart Campaign, which encourages smarter use of pesticides with homeowners and small grower communities.

Marieke Nieuwaal is global lead for nature-based solutions at Mott MacDonald and recently won the group’s internal Thought Leadership Award for demonstrating technical leadership and professional excellence in this area. She has worked on integrated catchment management, climate resilience and water infrastructure development projects in the UK, Europe, Asia and Africa. She is dedicated to overcoming barriers to mainstreaming nature-based solutions and implementing them at  scale so that multiple benefits can be realised.
