Join the public consultation launched by The Environment Agency which aims to seek views on 3 proposed standard rules permits to cover some small sewage discharge activities that are currently regulated using bespoke permits. The consultation runs from 1 October 2025 until 23.59 on the 12 November 2025 and can be accessed here.
