EDI In The Water Sector: An Honest Assessment of Latest Stats
Listen to our latest podcast episode, 'EDI in the Water Sector: An Honest Assessment of Latest Stats’, on Beneath The Surface, featuring our guest Louise Parry, Director of People & Organisational Development, Energy & Utility Skills. Louise reveals some challenging trends in the latest EDI stats in the water sector, prompting an honest discussion on how things can improve.
‘Over 40% of women felt that their voices aren't heard and they're constantly interrupted in meetings and they feel that their opinions not valued as much as their male counterparts. And when you then put some of the intersectional lenses over that, so put an age demographic or ethnicity demographic on there, that's getting significantly worse’
Louise Parry, Director of People & Organisational Development, Energy & Utility Skills
