The Water Discovery Challenge is a 4£ million competition for bold innovation that can help solve the biggest challenges facing the water sector today and in the future. Open to any organisation, the entry period ends on 5 April 2023.

Throughout the entry period, the Discovery webinar series will provide entrants to the Water Discovery Challenge with an introduction to the water sector. These expert-led online events are designed as stand-alone sessions covering key topics, and include space for Q&As.

Coming up this week:

Tuesday 21 February, 12-1pm (GMT) - Discover how we transport and treat sewage: Learn how sewage is transported from the customer to the wastewater treatment works. We’ll also consider the challenges faced and some of the solutions the sector has been deploying to address them. Register here.

Thursday 23 February, 12-1pm (GMT) - Discover how we maximise recovery and reuse resources: Learn how water companies recover and reuse resources. As always we’ll also cover some of the related challenges and ways the water sector is working to overcome them. Register here.
