Wastewater Treatment Plant Focus Group

The Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Focus Group has been formed to provide input to the continued development of British and European Standards and promote good practice in design, installation and maintenance of package treatment plant.

The Focus Group looks at plants serving less than 1000 population equivalent, which have their own regulatory system under European Law.

The Environment Agency, Defra and Natural Resources Wales, Scottish Environment Protection Agency and Northern Ireland Environment Agency are proactively involved with this group.
