Following last year's theme of 'Data: Now & Beyond’, the next British Water Data Conference will follow on the discussion on how to make possible the digital transformation for the water industry. This conference will provide an excellent
face to face forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of open data, smart collaboration, data analytics techniques and much more.
The conference will focus on how data can help the water industry
to achieve their future challenges, zero leakage, net-zero or asset management especially with open data collaboration.
We will be hearing from Ofwat on their new H2Open: Open Data in the Water Industry report for the water
industry that is going to be released on 13th October 2021, from UK water companies on their open data strategies and innovative industry case studies. We will also discuss what changes in procurement, business models and innovation need to
happen in the industry to match the fast changing pace of the data developments.
The conference will also include a New Talent Competition for AI, OIT and Cybersecurity start-ups in collaboration with the Hartree Center and IBM.
