Spotlight session with Sarah BENTLEY
Our Spotlight Sessions bring an organisation or topic into the spotlight to address key issues faced by the water and wastewater community. If you would like to better understand regulation and policy, hear strategic industry insights and pose
questions to senior leaders, we invite you to join us.
Chaired by British Water’s Chairman Chris Loughlin, the sessions provide a safe space for open and inclusive dialogue.
Following British Water’s Liaison Meeting and
the Thames Water Supplier Summit which has led to a tactical change in Thames’ approach to engaging with the supply chain, we are delighted to announce our Spotlight Session with Sarah Bentley, CEO, Thames Water. Thames Water, as a result
of feedback from the Supplier Summit, has brought their Commercial, Research, Development & Innovation (RD&I) and Engineering teams together and designed a Supplier Collaboration and Innovation system which includes a robust review
process, tracking and feedback loop to make it simpler for supply chain companies to explore partnerships.
