We are currently preparing our detailed plan for 2025 to 2030. Over the last two years we have been talking to thousands of customers, businesses and stakeholders to help us prepare it.

The 'Your water, your say' meeting is your next opportunity to hear how our plan has developed and ask us questions about it.

Your questions could cover:

• the service we provide
• our impact on the environment
• what will happen to your water bill

or whatever other topic is important to you.

You're welcome to ask questions on the day. If you'd prefer, CCW can put the question to Wessex Water on your behalf - please send questions in advance to yourwateryoursay@ccwater.org.uk, stating clearly that your question is for Wessex Water, and that you are attending but would prefer CCW to ask your question.

Questions won’t be shared with Wessex Water in advance of the meetings.

We will answer as many questions as we can on the day, and will also circulate answers to all of them after the event.

You'll also be able to give your feedback on the proposals.

If you would like to attend, please sign up and nearer the time we'll send the online meeting joining details, together with helpful background information to look at beforehand. The session is being held online to allow as many people to attend as possible.
