Private Water Supplies Focus Group
Revised Regulations for private water supplies are being finalised by Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland which will comply with the Drinking Water Directive 98/83/EC, training requirements for the regulators (EHOs) and users of private water supplies are also being prepared. British Water is monitoring and participating in these developments. The Focus Group is developing plans for publications to provide technical information and guidance for users and regulators (EHOs).
