Extract of Memorandum and Articles of Association

On 16th March, 2000, British Water was incorporated into a company limited by guarantee under company no. 3953229.

The Articles and Memorandum of Association are available on request and the Extract below provides information on admission as a member and withdrawal from membership.

All members sign a Guarantee Form (limiting their liability to £5, should the association be wound up) and the Board of Directors review and approve all applications received
