Time for Change
In October this year, Ofwat published its FPE report: (Financial Performance and Expenditure of the Water Companies in England and Wales 2009-2010). This year’s report is perhaps of greater interest than others in recent years, as it completes the data for AMP4, showing the profile of expenditure during the whole AMP and allowing us to compare this with previous AMPs.
